Celebrating our slow fashion ethos, Nora is an ode to the art of handmade. Beginning with four wood blocks intricately hand-carved to create two traditional jaal and buti floral designs, skilled artisans then use the blocks to slowly and carefully hand print delicate blue hues upon the softest cotton voile. Tiers of printed fabric have then been gracefully layered and finished with mother-of-pearl buttons from bodice to base, forming this free flowing feminine style lovingly hand-crafted by a small group of women in Jaipur, India.

*Please note due to this style's production process taking several months to create, each Nora dress is completely unique and one-of-a-kind and is only available in extremely limited quantities. Colour variations may occur due to the handmade nature of this garment.*

Material ~ 100% Cotton. This style features an underlining, covering the bodice to the base of the second last tier on the maxi length skirt.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

My daughter bought me my first “DOI” dress, the Nora mini, in primrose, for Xmas last year and it’s a winner! I am already sold on the style. It is both feminine and flattering. Compliments abound whenever I’m wearing it! I had been ‘eyeing up’ the Nora maxi for some time and was waiting for a new colour to drop. It was well worth the wait, I love the aquamarine, it’s stunning! I’m ordinarily an AU 10/12. I like a loose, floaty fit so I ordered the Large and it’s perfect. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

STUNNING IN AQUAMARINE

This is now my 3rd beautiful Nora Maxi dress. This however, in the aquamarine colour way is by far “the best”. It’s absolutely divine!
